The Windows, Server, AD, Exchange IT Support Engineer will ideally have an IT related qualification, MCITP and advantage / Degree or extensive experience working on a help desk. The role involves supporting an existing diverse range of organisations throughout the UK and there is further progression available in terms of training opportunities and possible management roles in the future. The Windows, Server, AD, Exchange IT Support Engineer will be responsible for:
• Resolving issues via e mail and telephone and helpdesk system. • Working Logging tickets and keeping customers updated • Project work (roll outs, upgrades etc) • Providing excellent customer service
Coming with an excellent basic salary 22k – 28k dependent upon experience and benefits package, this role won’t be around for long!
